| About Company “Comfort-Service” company was founded in summer 1997 in Lviv – “Western Capital of Ukraine”. The company was set up for assembling and servicing the ventilation and air-conditioning systems and as early as three years became the West-Ukrainian market leader. In 2001 the governing body moves to Kyiv city. Two years later “Comfort-Service” LLC having founded 14 regional representatives in main regional centers of Ukraine becomes the national company giving complex service in assembling and servicing the engineering systems in building and industry. There have been simultaneously founded and developed such enterprises as Project and Technological Institute “Comfort-Project”, manufacturing enterprise of component parts for climatic and aspiration systems “Technologically-Experimental Plant”, distributional chain “Techkomplekt”. Moreover, on December 15th of 2005 “Comfort-Service” company transmuted its legal form from the Limited liability Company into the Public Joint-Stock Corporation that allowed to increase investment attractiveness and get extra cash resources for development. At present “Comfort-Service” PJSC has been a holding company on a national scale that controls enterprises in the field of building engineering services, production, and industrial-building materials distribution. Getting attracted share capital, the company puts it up in both subsidiaries and in new prospective business trends development. In services “Comfort-Service” PJSC is a high-technology construction-engineering developer company specializing in industrial objects construction and engineering systems construction in industrial and civil building. The priority is design-technological competences development. The company owns controlling stock in assembling-service engineering enterprises which are both centers of revenue and highly qualified resource of engineering workloads performing. Service enterprises contribute to development of “Techkomplekt” distributional chain and “Technologically-Experimental Plant” enterprise by priority in placing the orders for procurement of component parts and equipment. For now, “Comfort-Service” PJSC is the 25 enterprises where over 1100 employees work. Such business structure allows providing by its own resources the full complex of work in designing, equipment procurement, engineering systems assembling and service at objects of any complexity.
