From 1983 till 2001 Ihor Ubohyy has been working as an engineer of scientific-research sector, a research worker, an assistant at the chair of physical faculty in Ivan Franko Lviv State University . In 1998 he defended a thesis in Wroclaw (Poland ), Doctor, candidate of physical-mathematical sciences. In 2001 he headed ventilation and air conditioning systems sales department of “Comfort-Service” LLC in Lviv city. By 2002 he has been already appointed as commercial director of “Comfort-Service” LLC in Kyiv city. Ihor Knyshoyid began to work in the company in 2000 as a senior specialist in market outlets expansion in Lviv city. In summer 2004 he was appointed to the post of commercial director in Kyiv city, and since 2006 he has already become the Chief Business Development Officer. Married, brings up two daughters.
	Oleh ZHUR, Chief Marketing Officer Born in 1972. Graduated from Ivan Franko Lviv State University in 1994, specialty “Radiophysics and Electronics”. He has been working in the company since 2002, havingstarted from the post of sales specialist. Since 2003 and up to now Oleh Zhur is the Head of one of Comfort-Service enterprises that is branch distributional company “Techkomplekt”. Married, brings up a son.
	Yuriy Sydor, Chief Technical Officer Born in 1961. Graduated from Ivan Franko Lviv State University in 1983, specialty “Physics”. His career in the company has been begun since 2004 as a head of one of the regional representatives “Comfort-Service” in Ternopil city. In summer 2004 Yuriy Sydor has already become a technical director in Kyiv city, and since 2006 he has been taken up a post of the Chief Technical Officer.

Her career in the company has been begun in 2003 as an economist. In 2005 Ruslana Hlushko was appointed as a Head of the management accounts department.
