The Comfort Facility Management , a new experimental project within Comfort-Service company to coordinate, care and oversee the engineering networks of commercial property, started up this autumn.
     The project was set up on the basis of Lviv enterprise and has a main task to give services in support and maintenance of property objects.
     Such effectively built system, as Facility Management, allows to skillfully organize the complex management and maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and networks, as well as to provide comfort fulfillment of business processes, which run in a building, and to prevent or optimize material costs under extreme cases appearance.
     Currently, such system operates already in the Praktiker shopping complex, and it efficiently provides the upkeep and maintenance of boiler rooms and internal engineering networks.
