On the 16th of February 2010 there were held a regular meeting of managing directors of the Comfort-Service regional affiliated branches.
Key questions under deliberations were the financial results for the year of 2009, as well as commercial activities system and strategy for 2010-2012. Each director shared his own vision of 2010 development.
The top management of the company also presented to directors a new model of financial and corporate control, which was set for budget adherence strict control and generation of positive operational cash-flows. |
