Establishing the specialized “Comfort-Project” Project-Technological Institute (PTI) in 2005 and taking out the ISO 9001 international certificate enabled fixing the proper responsibility for dates and qualitative fulfillment of realty objects.

Key advantage of “Comfort-Project” PTI is an enterprise specialized in engineering networks design. The enterprise, coupled with architectural workshops, implements projects of any complexity and specificity. Aside from the specialized design enterprise, there are design groups in each of Comfort-Service assembling-service enterprises. In close cooperation with the PTI, these design groups back up design objects during estimation, accomplish the fulfillment and adjustment of engineering, and from hence, handing-over the total complex of construction-installation works.
